Our garden includes lettuce, beets, carrots, beans, onions, parsnips, leeks, cabbage, pumpkins, rhubarb, and some yegetables no longer grown, such as Good King Henry and comfrey which added green to the diet. In addition we have planted crops such as broom corn, which would have been grown in quantity on the farm acreage.
